These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vozelo mobile application (“Vozelo,” “the app,” “we,” “us”). By downloading or using Vozelo, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use Vozelo for your own non-commercial personal use, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store / Google Play Store terms.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of Vozelo or its content.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
  • Use Vozelo to violate any law or the rights of others.

Content

Vozelo’s audio, transcripts, illustrations, and accompanying material are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright. You may listen to and use the material for your own language learning. You may not redistribute it.

Subscriptions

Vozelo Pro

Vozelo Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks every episode of every show, plus offline downloads and saved phrases.

  • Monthly — billed monthly at the price displayed in the app.
  • Annual — billed once per year at the price displayed in the app. May include a free trial period; the trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.

Auto-renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your store account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Managing or cancelling

You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time:

  • iOS — Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Vozelo Pro
  • Android — Google Play Store → Account → Subscriptions → Vozelo Pro

Cancelling stops future renewals. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period.

Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple or Google, not by us. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple or Google:

We have no ability to issue refunds directly.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. We will give you reasonable notice before any change takes effect, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies.

Account and data

Vozelo does not require an account. Listening progress, saved phrases, and downloads are stored locally on your device.

Subscription receipts are validated by RevenueCat, a third-party service. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimers

Vozelo is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is accurate or complete. Language learning depends on many factors outside our control, and we make no guarantees about your progress.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of Vozelo. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Vozelo if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of Vozelo after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
